AI-Driven Solution Engineer - End-to-End Intelligent Solutions

As an Innovative AI Application Digital Solution Engineer (DSE), you will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise AI developers unlock the full potential of Microsoft's AI-powered stack across every stage of the development lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with engineering leaders and platform teams to accelerate AI Foundry, Cloud & AI, and Responsible AI, through hands-on engagements like Proof of Concepts, hackathons, and architecture workshops.

This role involves driving technical sales with decision makers, leading hands-on technical engagements, and building trusted relationships with developers and platform leads. You'll guide customers through secure, scalable solution design, influence technical decisions, and accelerate AI applications development into their deployment workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading technical demonstrations and PoCs
• Conducting hackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture workshops
• Resolving technical blockers and collaborating with engineering teams
• Maintaining expertise in AI Foundry, App architecture, and AI Management & Security
• Representing Microsoft through thought leadership in developer communities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
• 2+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• 1+ years experience with cloud OR hybrid platform
• Professional English communication skills
• Ability to work in office when needed
