Microsoft's Azure Customer Engineering (ACE) team is seeking an Azure Customer Engineer to join their fast-growing organization within Azure Engineering. As an ACE, you'll be the primary support and engineering contact responsible for customer Azure support experience, driving resolution of complex problems and supporting key customer projects.
The role involves working closely with field teams and Azure engineering teams on proactive customer engagement, strategic project execution, and critical problem resolution. You'll own project-level Azure issues, lead support for critical workloads, and drive timely root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
