Copilot Solution Engineer

Microsoft is seeking a Copilot Solution Engineer to guide customers through transformative change by leveraging the full potential of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Chat, and broader M365 ecosystem. This role combines technical expertise with customer engagement to drive AI adoption and transformation.

The role involves:

• Leading AI transformation engagements, demonstrations, and pilot programs
• Supporting AI Workforce SSP hunting efforts
• Engaging with customers to understand business challenges and demonstrate Copilot solutions
• Leading technical discussions and architectural design sessions
• Working collaboratively with sales, partners, and engineering teams

Key responsibilities include:

• Scaling Copilot and Teams customer engagements
• Building strategy for Copilot and Teams implementation
• Solution design and proof of concept development
• Continuous education and knowledge sharing
• Partner ecosystem leverage

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years technical pre-sales experience
• Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Knowledge of BOT Framework and AI Agents (plus)
• Relevant technical certifications
