The position sits within the Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) division, which is driving high-growth, AI-powered global sales initiatives. You'll be working at the intersection of AI innovation and business transformation, helping customers leverage Microsoft's cutting-edge AI technologies including AI Foundry, Azure AI, and Agentic AI development.

As a Digital Solution Engineer, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through their AI and cloud transformation journey. This involves leading technical engagements, conducting proof of concepts, and designing scalable architectures. You'll work with enterprise AI developers to unlock the full potential of Microsoft's AI-powered stack across every stage of the development lifecycle.

The role requires deep technical knowledge in areas such as full-stack application architecture, cloud-native development, and AI/ML models. You'll need to be proficient in technologies like Python, Java, or .NET, and have a strong understanding of AI frameworks including Semantic Kernel and Responsible AI.

This is a hybrid position offering up to 50% work from home flexibility, with 0-25% travel required.
