You'll be part of the Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) team, leading a high-growth, AI-powered global sales team deeply connected to partners and driven by customer success. The role involves helping enterprise AI developers unlock the full potential of Microsoft's AI-powered stack across every stage of the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive technical sales with decision makers using demos and PoCs
• Lead hands-on engagements including hackathons and architecture workshops
• Build trusted relationships with developers and platform leads
• Resolve technical blockers and maintain deep proficiency in AI Foundry & App architecture

Technical Focus:

• Full stack App architecture design and cloud native development
• AI & ML models including Agentic AI framework, AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel
• Production-scale implementations and solutions architecture
• AI Management & Security (Gen AI Ops, Sentinel, orchestrator, monitoring)
