As a Solution Engineer, you'll work in a hybrid environment (up to 50% work from home) in Tokyo, Japan, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. The role involves 0-25% travel and requires expertise in AI technologies, cloud architecture, and enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading customer engagements, developing solution architectures, and driving AI transformation initiatives. You'll need to maintain deep technical knowledge while also exercising strong consultative skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, with proven expertise in enterprise architecture and AI solutions. Knowledge of Azure services and relevant certifications (AI-102 or PL-600) are highly valued.
