Job Description

Microsoft's Azure Customer Experience (CXP) team is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Engineer to join their ACES Strategic team (Advanced Cloud Engineering & Supportability). This role focuses on supporting strategic Azure customers through deep technical problem-solving and incident management.

As a Customer Experience Engineer, you'll be the primary engineering contact for customer support experience on Azure, working closely with Customer Success Account Managers, Cloud Solution Architects, and Technical Support Engineers. The role involves handling critical incidents, providing technical solutions, and being the voice of the customer within Azure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and resolving customer incidents
  • Conducting root cause analysis
  • Providing proactive guidance on Azure solutions
  • Developing best practices and training materials
  • Managing complex technical escalations
  • Partnering with product teams to improve customer experience

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Linux compute environments, cloud technologies, and enterprise-level troubleshooting. Experience with Azure services, monitoring tools, and incident management is crucial.
