Job Description

Microsoft's Azure Customer Experience (CXP) team is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Engineer focused on HPC (High-Performance Computing) to join their ACES Strategic team. This role is crucial in ensuring Microsoft Cloud customers receive exceptional support and service.

As a Customer Experience Engineer, you'll be the primary engineering contact for customer support on Azure, working with critical and complex problems while supporting key customer projects. You'll collaborate with Customer Success Account Managers, Cloud Solution Architects, and Technical Support Engineers to deliver world-class engineering-led support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and resolving customer incidents
  • Providing technical troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Developing insights and best practices
  • Managing customer solution lifecycles
  • Conducting root cause analysis
  • Acting as the voice of the customer to product teams

Technical expertise required in:

  • Core IaaS: Compute (Windows/Linux), Storage, Networking, Kubernetes
  • Data Platform and Bigdata: Azure SQL DB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL
  • Azure PaaS Services
  • Monitoring technologies
  • High-Performance Computing (HPC)
