As a Customer Experience Engineer, you'll be the primary engineering contact responsible for customer support experience on Azure. You'll work with a diverse team of professionals, including Customer Success Account Managers, Cloud Solution Architects, and Technical Support Engineers, to resolve complex technical challenges and drive customer success.
The position offers a flexible work arrangement with up to 50% work from home opportunity and requires 0-25% travel. You'll be part of a global engineering team focused on Strategic Azure Customers, working to turn Microsoft Cloud customers into fans through exceptional service and technical expertise.
