As a Senior Security CxE, you'll be at the forefront of Microsoft's security technology, managing customer escalations through various channels in a 24/7/365 environment. You'll work directly with feature teams, account teams, and senior leadership to handle complex technical issues that influence product design and accelerate customer adoption.

Responsibilities For Senior Security Customer Experience Engineer

  • Maintain technical depth in Microsoft Security product
  • Directly engage and respond to technical escalations from Microsoft's Security customers
  • Engage with Customer Lead Engineers, Product Managers, and Support Engineers
  • Share insights and recommendations with customers
  • Collaborate with software engineers to diagnose and resolve complex product problems
  • Mentor others and support technical development of international team
  • Provide support for Microsoft Entra technologies including Conditional Access Policies, PIM, External ID, and other security components

Requirements For Senior Security Customer Experience Engineer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Data Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related field AND 4+ years experience
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing, deep technical security-oriented role
  • Ability to participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation
  • 3+ Years of hands on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Entra escalations
  • Experience with crisis management, Incident Response, and escalation handling
