Senior Security Operations Engineer

Microsoft Security is seeking a Senior Security Operations Engineer to join their Digital Security & Resilience (DSR) organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the security of virtualization services and maintaining proper access controls. The position combines engineering expertise with deep knowledge of Endpoint Security Vulnerability management, Enterprise infrastructure, and Service Health.

The ideal candidate will work in a team environment, managing enterprise-scale services and platforms, with technical proficiency in cloud platforms and agile development practices. They will be responsible for designing and tuning telemetry, while developing and maintaining highly resilient and scalable services through cross-team collaboration.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $117,200 - $229,200 USD (higher in SF Bay Area and NYC: $153,600 - $250,200), along with comprehensive benefits including healthcare, educational resources, and parental leave. The position is remote-friendly with up to 100% work from home capability.
