As a Software Engineer II or Senior Software Engineer on the Create team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment developing cutting-edge visual creation models and building top-tier experiences in M365 Copilot. You'll collaborate across teams, working with product, ML, and design partners on model integration, flight, and maintenance.

The role involves:

• Developing AI models for scaled production services
• Working with rich telemetry and making data-driven decisions
• Building software with focus on scale, performance, efficiency, and reliability
• Contributing to both fast-evolving features and long-range infrastructure
• Implementing state-of-the-art AI innovations to augment human creativity

The base pay range for Software Engineering IC3 is $131,400 - $215,400 per year in the San Francisco Bay area, while Software Engineering IC4 ranges from $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
