Microsoft is seeking Software Engineering interns for their Neurodiversity Hiring Program, a 12-week internship opportunity designed to recognize and embrace the strengths of neurodiverse candidates. The program targets university students graduating between Aug 2026 to Jul 2027, with onboarding planned for Dec 2025 to Feb 2026.

As a Software Engineering Intern, you'll work collaboratively with teams to solve complex problems and build innovative software solutions. You'll provide technical guidance to Technical Program Managers and Product Managers while learning and adopting new technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and testing next-generation software that aligns with Microsoft's mission to empower global achievement.
