Requirements For Technical Support Engineer - PART TIME

Linux
  • 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or IT experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience
  • Experience with VMware technologies or Nutanix
  • Networking knowledge and proficiency with troubleshooting tools
  • Knowledge of Virtualization Concepts
  • Knowledge of LDAP, Security and Operation System Internals concepts
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
