The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in full-stack development, with expertise in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript. You should be capable of crafting smooth user experiences for both developers and end-users, and have mastery of at least one front-end framework like ReactJS, Svelte, or Vue.js.
