This role is a technical individual contributor position supporting Moderna's global Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) users. The position combines hands-on technical work with GxP compliance in a pharmaceutical setting. Responsibilities For Systems Engineer III, Master Data Management
- Build, revise, and support LIMS Master Data objects, including specifications, sampling plans, and Lab Execution System worksheets
- Manage user support tickets—perform troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with QC departments to compile and analyze data inputs for LIMS configuration
- Execute document creation, review, editing, and routing for approval
- Train QC analysts on LIMS functionality and best practices
- Review and validate LIMS data under GxP guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities within LIMS lifecycle management
Requirements For Systems Engineer III, Master Data Management
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a regulated environment
- Understanding of laboratory experience with analytical techniques (e.g. HPLC)
- Experience with Global Regulatory and GxP requirements
- Experience with LIMS (Labvantage preferred), eQMS and document management systems
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in pharma/biotech
