Responsibilities For Endpoint Automation Engineer
- Design and develop automation tools to simplify and enhance the device refresh process
- Build and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, and C# to automate tasks
- Partner with Endpoint Engineering, IT Operations, and Service Desk teams
- Create intelligent logging, alerting, and reporting mechanisms
- Continuously monitor and refine automation
- Drive innovation by identifying repetitive manual processes
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation
Requirements For Endpoint Automation Engineer
- Over 5 years of experience in automation engineering, scripting, or software development in IT environment
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python and C#
- Experience automating tasks related to Windows endpoints, device provisioning, or operating system deployments
- Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
- Ability to understand user workflows and translate them into efficient automation solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating third-party tools
- US Citizenship Required
