Responsibilities For Endpoint Automation Engineer

  • Design and develop automation tools to simplify and enhance the device refresh process
  • Build and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, and C# to automate tasks
  • Partner with Endpoint Engineering, IT Operations, and Service Desk teams
  • Create intelligent logging, alerting, and reporting mechanisms
  • Continuously monitor and refine automation
  • Drive innovation by identifying repetitive manual processes
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation

Requirements For Endpoint Automation Engineer

Python
  • Over 5 years of experience in automation engineering, scripting, or software development in IT environment
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Python and C#
  • Experience automating tasks related to Windows endpoints, device provisioning, or operating system deployments
  • Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
  • Ability to understand user workflows and translate them into efficient automation solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating third-party tools
  • US Citizenship Required
