Responsibilities For Staff Cloud Security Engineer
- Perform Threat Modelling of architectural infrastructure changes and cloud infrastructure deployments in GCP and AWS
- Design, implement, and manage security controls for GCP and AWS environments
- Develop and maintain secure Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Implement and manage Cloud Security monitoring using DataDog
- Implement and manage Just-in-Time access solutions for privileged access
- Establish and manage cloud incident management process
- Collaborate with teams to integrate cloud security best practices
- Research and evaluate emerging cloud security threats
- Develop and deliver cloud security training
- Maintain cloud security standards and documentation
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and drive remediation
- Support audit and compliance requirements
Requirements For Staff Cloud Security Engineer
- Extensive experience in Cloud Security, with expertise in GCP and AWS
- Strong understanding of Threat Modelling principles
- Experience with DataDog for security monitoring and Terraform
- Experience with Identity and Access Management in cloud environments
- Proven ability in incident response for cloud environments
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Go)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or Crypto preferred
- Understanding of cryptography and cloud security
- Security certifications (GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer, AWS Security, CISSP, CISM) are a plus
