Senior Solutions Engineer - Integrations

Motive is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer - Integrations to work closely with customers, understanding their integration needs and assisting in designing solutions, development, and deployments. As part of the Professional Services organization, you'll be responsible for meeting customer project deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities. You'll collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand business challenges and leverage Motive's data-rich platform to increase customer competitiveness. Key responsibilities include building custom integration solutions using Java and middleware platforms like Mulesoft, Workato, or Boomi, developing relationships with senior technical individuals in customer IT departments, and sharing best practices internally. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in integration development and implementation, expertise in OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign On, and preferably holds a Mulesoft Platform Architect or Integration Architect certification.
