Audio Software Engineer Co-Op (Fall 2025)

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Audio Software Engineer Co-Op to join their Global Audio Solutions team in Plantation, FL. This role is part of their mission to develop cutting-edge portable devices with Public Safety Mission-Critical Audio capabilities. The position offers a unique opportunity to work on extreme noise suppression, high dynamic range mics, mic array technologies, and advanced DSP audio algorithms.

The successful candidate will be involved in developing audio data analysis methods, automating lab testing procedures, and implementing machine learning techniques for audio processing. This is a hybrid co-op role starting August 2025, ideal for students local to Broward County who are passionate about audio engineering and software development.
