Responsibilities For Associate Specialist, Software Engineer

  • Take full ownership of SharePoint development projects to architect, design, code, verify, test, and document custom SharePoint applications
  • Utilize Power Automate to create workflows that automate business processes and improve efficiency
  • Work within Agile methodologies, using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Identify improvements to and new practices aligned to Technology Engineering standards
  • Collaborate with other practitioners to implement roadmap and ensure successful project delivery

Requirements For Associate Specialist, Software Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any technology stream
  • 3+ years of experience developing SharePoint applications and solutions
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and related technologies
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of JIRA Automation
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and methodologies
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with AI technologies such as GPT and Copilot
