Golang Developer Semi Senior

Multiplica Talent is seeking a Semi-Senior Golang Developer to join their development team and collaborate on creating robust and scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in projects using Golang, with a focus on code efficiency and performance. You'll work in a dynamic environment with modern technologies, contributing to solving complex problems.

As a Golang Developer, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining applications using Golang. You'll design and build scalable and efficient solutions for various project requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, DevOps, and QA to ensure quality deliveries. Your role will involve reviewing and optimizing code to improve performance and scalability, as well as identifying and resolving complex technical problems to ensure software quality. You'll also participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years using Go (Golang). Knowledge of microservices and distributed architectures is essential, along with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with version control systems (Git), REST APIs, and agile methodologies (Scrum) is required. Soft skills such as proactive problem-solving, good communication, teamwork, results-orientation, and adaptability are crucial for success in this role.
