Description For Mid Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Navro, a pioneering B2B payments startup, is seeking a Mid-Level Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their Engineering Team. As the world's first payments curation platform, Navro is transforming cross-border transactions for global platforms and e-commerce businesses. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the quality assurance strategy for a cutting-edge payment platform from the ground up.

The position demands a detail-oriented professional who can develop and implement test automation frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure robust quality standards. You'll be working with modern technologies including Java, JavaScript, SpringBoot, and Kubernetes, while utilizing various testing tools for contract testing, BDD, and performance testing.

This isn't just another testing role – it's a chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced startup environment where your decisions directly influence product quality and company growth. You'll be responsible for ensuring that critical payment systems work flawlessly, as failures could mean real workers across the globe missing their paychecks.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills in test automation, experience in the FinTech domain, and a quality-first mindset. You'll need to be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, handling pressure, and adapting quickly to changing priorities. The role offers comprehensive benefits, including private healthcare, equity options, and flexible working arrangements, with a hybrid work model based in either London or Warsaw.
