Engineering Manager, Consumer Identity Tools

Netflix is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Consumer Identity Tools team within the Consumer Identity and Access organization. This role involves bootstrapping a new team to build tools and workflows for testing, focusing on developer experiences across Netflix engineering. The ideal candidate will provide technical vision, strategy, and execution oversight for developing testing frameworks, tests, and tooling. They will lead a team of engineers, balance stakeholder needs with long-term vision, and foster strong relationships across engineering and security stakeholders. The role requires experience in building developer productivity tooling, creating team roadmaps, and prioritizing effectively. The Engineering Manager will need to create scalable solutions, hire and retain strong engineering talent, and work closely with both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
