Sr Software Engineer (L5), N-Tech Software Engineering

The N-Tech Software Engineering team plays a vital role in developing internal solutions to streamline employee productivity. As a Sr Software Engineer (L5) in N-Tech Software Engineering, you'll help shape our strategy and vision and help us integrate AI into our enterprise employee-facing applications. You'll be part of the team chartered with building company-wide tools for the entire workforce and will partner with your peers to execute and deliver on the broader strategy and vision. You'll design, develop, and maintain products, infrastructure, and integrations with third-party and other teams' services. You will collaborate effectively with myriad teams and communicate technical ideas persuasively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design/architect, develop, test, deploy, and operate fully integrated solutions
• Influence broad AI strategy and vision for internal enterprise applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions
• Apply AI and GenAI responsibly to solve enterprise problems
• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for modern integration methods
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other teams

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 2+ years of deep experience with Applied AI, GenAI, LLMs, ML, RAG etc.
• Expert knowledge of Python and/or Java
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, GCP
• Experience in NLP or reinforcement learning
• Strong understanding of deep learning architectures

At Netflix, we offer a competitive compensation package, with the overall market range for roles in this area typically $100K - $900K, based on total compensation and various factors including job, skills, and experience.
