Responsibilities For Senior .NET Software Engineer
- Lead the design and implementation of highly complex full-stack software projects that advance the state of behavioral health technology.
- Mentor junior engineers and peers, providing leadership in technical growth and excellence within the team.
- Develop and drive technical strategies that align with NeuroFlow's long-term objectives, ensuring the robustness and scalability of software solutions.
- Champion innovation by introducing advanced methodologies and technologies, enhancing product capabilities and performance.
- Collaborate across departments to align engineering initiatives with business goals, making significant contributions to company strategy and leadership decisions.
Requirements For Senior .NET Software Engineer
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep expertise in object-oriented programming with C#, advanced skills in TypeScript, and significant experience with .NET Framework or .NET 5+.
- Proficiency in leading front-end technologies and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex backend APIs and services using .NET Framework or .NET 5+.
- Strong background in working with ORMs and databases (e.g., nHibernate, Entity Framework, SQL Server).
- Proficient in writing sophisticated unit, integration, and UI automation tests.
- Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using tools like GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with migrating towards or maintaining existing software containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
