Responsibilities For Machine Learning Engineer (Remote - Latam)

  • Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models to address real-world business problems and deploy them at scale
  • Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion, preprocessing, and transformation
  • Integrate ML models into complete workflows, including serving, monitoring, and evaluating performance
  • Apply advanced AI techniques such as transformers, LLMs, RAG, vector embeddings, predictive modeling, and reinforcement learning
  • Monitor and optimize deployed models to enhance accuracy, reliability, and efficiency
  • Collaborate on MLOps practices including CI/CD, automated deployment, and testing of AI systems
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and problem-solving initiatives
