Responsibilities For Machine Learning Engineer (Remote - Latam)
- Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models to address real-world business problems and deploy them at scale
- Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion, preprocessing, and transformation
- Integrate ML models into complete workflows, including serving, monitoring, and evaluating performance
- Apply advanced AI techniques such as transformers, LLMs, RAG, vector embeddings, predictive modeling, and reinforcement learning
- Monitor and optimize deployed models to enhance accuracy, reliability, and efficiency
- Collaborate on MLOps practices including CI/CD, automated deployment, and testing of AI systems
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and problem-solving initiatives
Requirements For Machine Learning Engineer (Remote - Latam)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI roles
