Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

At Novoflow, we're modernizing the entire healthcare market by deploying computer agents that automate any front or back-office task. With over 400 EHRs in a fragmented, legacy ecosystem, the space is begging for change — and Novoflow is the solution.

As a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of engineering, problem-solving, and customer success. You'll work directly with clinics to deploy and customize AI products, debug edge cases, and ensure seamless integrations in high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy & integrate AI agents into clinic workflows across legacy EHR systems
• Write high-quality, scalable code in Python and JS/TypeScript
• Debug and fix issues live in customer environments
• Partner with founders, product, and ML teams
• Own project outcomes from initial meeting to full rollout

Requirements:

• 2–6 years in software engineering with customer-facing experience
• Proficiency in Python, JS/TypeScript, Next.js, AWS, Postgres, and Docker
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions
• Prior startup experience preferred
• HIPAA compliance and healthcare integration experience is a plus
