Product Test Engineer

NVIDIA, known as "the AI computing company," is seeking a creative individual for the role of Product Test Engineer. This position involves writing automated test programs for advanced GPU and SOC, coordinating with local and overseas teams, and implementing new test methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Initiating and bringing up wafer sort ATE programs for new product introduction and mass production
• Deploying new probing technology and methodology, including machine learning for AI models and high bandwidth test fixtures for 3D IC support
• Engaging in on-site work, collaborating with teams, and driving ATE/probing hardware vendors on strategies to improve performance, quality, and reliability
• Building statistical tools for data analysis, gap identification, and root cause analysis
• Creating productivity scripts for test automation, machine learning, and production efficiency
• Supporting inline debugging and troubleshooting for production line issues

Requirements:

• BS or equivalent experience in EE or CS related fields
• 3+ years of Advantest 93K experience at test house or ATE vendor
• Knowledge of C++/C, VB, Perl, or Python (preferred)
• Good command of oral and written English
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
