NVIDIA's Quantum team is seeking Quantum Algorithm Engineers to collaborate with industry leaders in Japan, leveraging the NVIDIA platform. We're looking for quantum experts specializing in chemistry, machine learning, error correction, and related areas.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and develop collaborations with key leaders, startups, and influential researchers in quantum computing.
- Discover high-impact problems NVIDIA can uniquely solve to create new market paradigms.
- Drive early adoption of new products, collect feedback, and gather requirements.
- Speak at relevant scientific, technical, and industry conferences.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Applied Mathematics, or related engineering field (Ph.D. or Masters preferred)
- Extensive background in Quantum Information Science with expertise in algorithms for Chemistry, Quantum Machine Learning, Error Correction, or similar domain
- 5+ years experience in Quantum Computing, High Performance Computing, and related areas
- World-class communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with GPU computing
- Hands-on experience in scientific computing, high-performance computing, applied machine learning, or deep learning
- Background in software development, especially scientific software development
