Senior Manager - AV Infrastructure

The Autonomous Vehicles Infrastructure team at NVIDIA is seeking a leader to develop and bring NVIDIA's automotive platform to the world. This role involves participating in a focused effort to develop and productize ground-breaking solutions that will revolutionize transportation and self-driving cars. The successful candidate will work with multi-functional engineering leaders and development teams across various vehicle subsystems to integrate their work into NVIDIA's autonomous driving platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and delivering a complete platform debugging environment
• Delivering a data collection platform for dense data campaigns
• Maintaining and supporting the car and bench fleet
• Achieving egomotion and dynamic calibration AV function
• Implementing selected cockpit features
• Scaling the AV platform to multiple car models and customers
• Fulfilling DriveWorks middleware for Drive OS customers
• Fostering innovation, trust, and excellence within the organization

The ideal candidate should have:

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience leading/managing software development teams in car platforms
• 10+ years of overall experience in software design
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead multi-functional efforts
• Deep software background focusing on premise Infrastructure and CSPs
• Experience with AI development for robotics
• Operational and metrics mindset
• Adaptability and innovation in a startup-like environment
