Responsibilities For Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer — Enterprise AI
- Develop intelligent AI solutions using NVIDIA AI technologies and GPUs
- Build pioneering NLP and Generative AI solutions including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows
- Drive end-to-end development of LLM-powered applications, chatbots, and optimization engines
- Create machine-learning and combinatorial-optimization designs for employee productivity and engineering efficiency
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams
- Mentor junior engineers and share ML best practices
Requirements For Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer — Enterprise AI
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years designing, building, and deploying machine-learning models with 12+ years industry experience
- Solid understanding of transformers, attention mechanisms, and modern NLP/LLM techniques
