Responsibilities For Principal Engineer – Digital IC Design

  • Translate product specification into design requirements
  • Drive development of Digital design of switching converters
  • Lead IC design from concept to market release
  • Evaluate concepts, define requirements, design planning, circuit design, verification, documentation, validation
  • Support bench validation, debug activities and customer support
  • Create technical documentation for IP/Products lifecycle
  • Work across different products using sub-micron CMOS technologies
  • Interface with designers, engineers, program managers, and product definers
  • Mentor junior digital designers

Requirements For Principal Engineer – Digital IC Design

Python
  • MS or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Digital Circuit Design
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills
  • Experience in RTL design flow
  • Proficient in Verilog/System Verilog RTL coding
  • Understanding of Chip Assembly, IP Integration, RTL signoff tools
  • Familiarity with serial communication interfaces (I2C and SPI)
  • Strong domain knowledge of Clocking, Reset, System modes, Power management
  • Self-Driven with a can-do attitude
