Responsibilities For Engineering Manager, ChatGPT Personalization
- Hire and manage a diverse, high-performing engineering team across research engineering, software engineering, machine learning, and/or other technical disciplines
- Collaborate to define and execute personalization strategy for ChatGPT, and manage high-impact research projects
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate personalization features into ChatGPT
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rigor while ensuring ethical use of user data
- Bring new research breakthroughs to production
- Ensure projects are on track and the team is utilized effectively
Requirements For Engineering Manager, ChatGPT Personalization
- Experience building and leading engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, with a specialization in AI, machine learning, or similar topics
- Strong track record of building inclusive teams and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Experience in building delightful, high quality research and product experiences
