Description For Enterprise Security Engineer

OpenAI, a leading AI research and deployment company, is seeking an Enterprise Security Engineer to join their IT Security team in Seattle (remote options available). This role offers a competitive salary range of $260,000 - $325,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

As an Enterprise Security Engineer, you'll be part of a small, nimble team responsible for implementing and managing the security of OpenAI's internal information systems' infrastructure and processes. You'll work in a highly technical and employee-focused environment, ensuring that OpenAI's teams of researchers, engineers, and staff can work securely and efficiently.

This position offers unique opportunities to work with cutting-edge AI technology while building enterprise security systems. You'll be well-supported and resourced, with a mandate to deliver a world-class enterprise security program. The role requires expertise in macOS fleet management, endpoint security, cloud services, identity management, and scripting abilities (Python/Bash).

OpenAI offers an exceptional benefits package including comprehensive healthcare, mental health support, generous parental leave (24 weeks for birth parents), 401(k) matching, and an annual learning stipend.
