Job Description

OpenAI is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer focused on integrations to join their Revenue Operations team. This role is crucial in designing, building, and maintaining the technical infrastructure that powers their Go To Market operations. Based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model (3 days in office), this position offers a competitive base salary of $288K plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities For GTM Systems Engineer, Integrations

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between GTM platforms, including Salesforce, data warehouses, Retool and other enterprise tools
  • Implement automation and data transformation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to GTM operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, refine solutions, and deliver high-quality technical outcomes
  • Ensure integrations follow best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability
