HW/SW Co-Design Engineer

OpenAI is seeking a highly skilled HW/SW Co-Design Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of artificial intelligence technology, focusing on optimizing hardware and software integration for AI workloads.

As a HW/SW Co-Design Engineer, you will be responsible for performance modeling/analysis and identifying bottlenecks in AI workloads. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our AI systems. This position requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience outside of internships and academia, indicating that we're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the field.

OpenAI offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $360,000 to $530,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we provide generous equity and an impressive benefits package that includes:
