This role is part of the Technical Support team, responsible for ensuring developers and enterprises can reliably build mission-critical solutions using OpenAI models. The ideal candidate will collaborate directly with strategic enterprise accounts, solving complex problems and providing technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
The role requires 5+ years of experience in technical support engineering or software engineering, preferably in fast-paced environments. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar is desired. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to build and ship prototypes on the API platform, and enjoy working on short, deep-dive projects.
