Software Developer Co-Op - Fall 2025

We're seeking co-op students for Fall 2025 who are detail-oriented and enrolled in Computer Science or Engineering with 1+ years of software development experience.

As a Co-Op Software Developer, you'll be an integral part of the team, treated like a full-time employee. You'll work on implementing database-driven web applications, participate in code reviews, and collaborate on production issues. You'll be mentored by experienced developers and have opportunities to contribute to product roadmap discussions.

The role offers hands-on experience with Java, SQL, and web technologies, while working in an agile environment. You'll gain exposure to both greenfield development and maintenance of legacy systems. Our co-op program includes a thriving social network across North American offices and opportunities to connect with senior leaders.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from CAD $20,500 to $120,000 per annum, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and parental leave. Based in our Kitchener office, you'll be part of a global team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements include enrollment in a relevant bachelor's degree program, experience with Java and SQL, understanding of web technologies, and authorization to work in Canada in 2025. We're looking for candidates with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
