Responsibilities For Data Scientist 2
- Design, develop and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse big data sources
- Generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement
- Interact with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments
- Develop and code software programs, algorithms and automated processes
- Cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources
- Identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources
- Interpret and communicate insights and findings to product, service, and business managers
Requirements For Data Scientist 2
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related technical field
- Knowledge of Statistics and probability for data-driven decisions
- Experience with Econometrics
- Implementation of algorithms for classification, clustering, and deep learning
- Machine Learning techniques including OLS regression, Clustering using EM algorithm for MLE, Decision Trees, Random Forests, SVM, and Naïve Bayes Classifier
- Proficiency in R or Python
- Knowledge of computer vision concepts or image processing and object recognition
