Principal Program Manager - Demand Planning

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Hardware Demand Planner to play a critical role in collaborating with Sales and Service teams to accurately forecast and consolidate a unified demand signal. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in forecasting, analytics, supply chain, or operations, with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel modeling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive ownership of demand planning/forecasting for both internal and external demand
• Conducting 'What-if' analysis and utilizing tools like Excel, databases, and business intelligence systems
• Collaborating with Service teams, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain
• Managing Product Lifecycles, including new product introductions and end-of-life management
• Driving continuous improvement and process development within Demand Planning

The role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. Experience with cloud-based products and technology is preferred. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, flexible workplace.
