Senior Member Technical Staff (JoinOCI-SDE)

OCI's Compute Control Plane is the central nervous system for OCI, enabling customers to manage worldwide compute resources that power their businesses. We're seeking developers experienced in distributed systems and highly available services for our rapidly growing team.

As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, you'll be responsible for owning software design and development for major components of the OCI Compute Control Plane. The role involves deep diving into any part of the stack and low-level systems, as well as designing broad distributed system interactions. You'll work in a collaborative, agile environment where simplicity, scale, and continuous learning are valued.

The ideal candidate works backward from user needs, produces high-quality code with appropriate test fixtures, and handles ambiguity well. Strong ownership mindset and excellent communication skills are essential. You'll be part of a team that's growing fast and working on ambitious new initiatives where engineers can have significant technical and business impact.
