Responsibilities For Transaction Banking Solution Architect – Director
- Own Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking
- Identify and define Oracle Banking solutions for customer business requirements
- Understand customer's business and IT strategic requirements
- Manage customers' experience migrating platforms
- Build customer loyalty through trusted advisor relationship
- Translate gaps between current state and strategy into project roadmap
- Drive compelling proposals and presentations
- Lead brainstorming sessions for business solutions
- Contribute to overall architecture and design
Requirements For Transaction Banking Solution Architect – Director
- 6-8 years experience as department head in Corporate Banking
- 8-10 years techno-functional experience in transaction banking
- Experience with SWIFT, OCR and financial Blockchain networks
- Strong knowledge of India regulations and standards
- Experience in Corporate banking applications
- Project and program management experience
- MBA in Finance/Banking/International Business or CA/CMA
- Bachelor in Engineering or Technology
- Impeccable analytical and communication skills
- Experience presenting to senior level leadership
