Organon, a $6.5 billion global healthcare company, is seeking an Enterprise Systems (Windows) Engineer to join their Client Windows Engineering team. This role represents an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare technology and enterprise systems management.

The position involves implementing and managing Microsoft Windows Enterprise Workstations and Virtual Desktops for a large-scale healthcare organization. You'll be responsible for overseeing critical infrastructure that supports over 30,000 devices, requiring expertise in modern desktop management technologies like Intune and Autopilot.

As a senior technical professional, you'll play a crucial role in driving innovation while ensuring robust risk management and security compliance. The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic thinking, requiring you to provide data-driven recommendations for engineering approaches and solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in SCCM/MECM, patch management, and Windows desktop administration, along with knowledge of AI-capable automation solutions. You'll work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with teams across multiple global locations including Jersey City, Lisbon, Plymouth Meeting, and Prague.

Requirements For Enterprise Systems (Windows) Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in Managed Services oversight of Core Infrastructure
  • Experience with Patch Management and Change Control Systems for over 30K devices
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting/Data Warehouse
  • Working knowledge of modern desktop management, including Intune and Autopilot
  • IT Systems Administration experience
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends
  • SCCM/MECM knowledge
  • Experience in AI-capable automation solutions
  • Strong ITIL and process discipline
