Senior Workday Developer

Organon, a $6.5 billion global healthcare company, is seeking a Senior Workday Developer to lead their Workday platform development and integration efforts. This role combines technical expertise with HR business process knowledge, requiring 5+ years of Workday experience. The position involves designing and developing integrations using Workday's suite of tools, maintaining architecture, and mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday integration development, security frameworks, and SDLC principles.
