Senior Staff Software Engineer, Voice Intelligence Services (Kaia)

Outreach is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join their Kaia (Knowledge AI Assistant) services team, focusing on Voice Intelligence Services. This role is at the forefront of developing intelligent solutions for the sales engagement domain.

The position involves working with cutting-edge technologies in ML and cloud development, handling voice/video streams, and real-time transcriptions to extract actionable insights. You'll be part of a team building the most intelligent assistant for sales engagement, working directly with customers, scientists, and product managers to shape Kaia's future.

Outreach is a leading AI Sales Execution Platform, serving over 6,000 customers including major companies like Zoom, McKesson, Snowflake, SAP, and Okta. As a Senior Staff Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing and improving extraction algorithms and third-party voice processing APIs
• Engineering high-availability systems with complex components
• Prototyping and testing solutions to large-scale problems
• Working across the full stack to optimize return on investment
• Leading and mentoring other team members

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in production code development, strong technical leadership skills, and experience with cloud-based services.
