Staff Software Engineer - Frontend

Outreach is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Client Architecture (OrCA) Team, focusing on frontend development. This role is crucial in making it easy for experience teams to build and deliver high-quality, delightful, and consistent experiences. As a Staff Engineer, you'll work on ensuring each experience is reliable, performant, accessible, instrumentable, and scalable. The position offers high visibility and close collaboration with platform designers and product managers to shape Outreach's future experience.

You'll be responsible for frontend platform core components, including the Design system and core packages that power Outreach experiences.
