Platform Security Engineer

In just over 3 years, they've generated tens of millions in revenue, processed hundreds of millions of online orders, and grown their team to nearly 200 talented individuals.

The Platform Security Engineer role is a critical position focused on securing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and IAM across the organization. You'll work alongside platform teams to build secure systems and tooling, with a major emphasis on developing Owner's alerting and detection capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by securing Owner's infrastructure, enabling teams to move fast without compromising security, and protecting customers through secure system development.

The position offers competitive compensation with a base salary range of $190,000-220,000, plus pre-IPO equity. Owner.com is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States, Canada, Mexico, or Colombia.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional system engineering skills, experience with secure infrastructure and systems, production code deployment expertise, and strong capabilities in implementing AWS IAM solutions. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering and customer support teams, requiring excellent communication skills and a deep sense of ownership.
