Palantir Technologies is seeking a Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer to join their Customer Success team. This role combines technical support with innovative solution development, working with Palantir's Foundry & AIP Platforms. Responsibilities For Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer - Customer Success

  • Respond to and triage incoming support requests from internal and external teams
  • Provide guidance to customer engineers and unblock their workflows on Palantir's platform
  • Build with Foundry and AIP to enhance enablement operations
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams to tackle workflow problems
  • Partner with Business teams to understand and meet customer needs
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical customer-facing incidents
  • Act as first responder when issues arise

Requirements For Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer - Customer Success

  • Background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or STEM OR equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to continuously learn and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
