Description For Quality Engineering Compliance Manager

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Quality Engineering Compliance Manager to support their rapidly growing life sciences business. This role involves building and improving Palantir's GxP Quality Management System (QMS) framework, enabling it to meet regulatory requirements and support change and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering with a clear understanding of SDLC, developer tooling, and SaaS.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a Palantir-wide QMS under ISO 9001
  • Creating a Change Management software system using Palantir Foundry
  • Supporting implementation of internal software applications for QMS processes
  • Auditing developer-authored tests and ensuring maximal code coverage
  • Running Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and guiding Performance Qualification (PQ) of Palantir Foundry system
  • Authoring and implementing approved procedures across the organization
  • Establishing inter-departmental relationships to drive key objectives
  • Supporting customer enablement lifecycle, including audits and assessments

The role requires at least 6+ years of relevant work experience, software development (test) engineering experience, knowledge of FDA and EU regulatory requirements, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $90,000 - $150,000/year, with potential for additional compensation through Restricted Stock units and other incentives.

Responsibilities For Quality Engineering Compliance Manager

  • Run Change Management meetings with key client POCs
  • Support implementation of internal software applications for QMS processes
  • Audit developer-authored tests and ensure maximal code coverage
  • Run Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and guide Performance Qualification (PQ) of Palantir Foundry system
  • Author and implement approved procedures across the organization

Requirements For Quality Engineering Compliance Manager

  • At least 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Software Development (Test) Engineering experience
  • Knowledge of FDA and EU regulatory requirements and other guidelines related to GxP activities, including 21 CFR Part 11 / GAMP 5, and supporting CSV work
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related
